Ceecorp

364 victoria place drummoyne

A prime potential waterfront development site, 364 Victoria Place had been privately held for almost a century as the site of a service station.  In preparation for the sale of the site, the existing owners undertook extensive remediation works to ensure that all onsite contamination was eliminated to EPA and local government standards to maximise the site value.

Ceecorp undertook the remediation works to dig out the hydrocarbon and heavy metal contaminated spoil before backfilling and undertaking reconstruction, drainage and sewer works.  To ensure that site value was not compromised, the existing building footprint needed to be maintained, which required extensive underpinning and temporary shoring during the remediation.  Once the contaminated spoil was removed, the site was backfilled with blue metal before slabs were rebuilt and onsite facilities reconstructed.

Ceecorp also completed the reconstruction of the failing sea wall which formed a part of the property boundary.
